Where Will This Solution Be Located: Under the Benefits tab within Sage People Portal.
When Does This Solution Apply: A Team Member is enrolling into their benefits.
Description: This article will guide any user who is eligible for benefits and has not yet selected their benefits for the upcoming year through the process of open enrollment for your 401k. If you are unsure on how to access the benefit enrollment page, please reference this guide: Selecting Benefits

1. In order to be eligible for 401K you must be with the Company for at least 6 months. In addition, there are quarterly entry dates for 401K.
2. For initial enrollment designate your percentage that you would like participate here. Please see the One America document under Benefits and then Benefit Documents.
3. After initial enrollment all changes regarding the percentage of contribution should be done here. HR will be notified of the changes.
