Where Will This Solution Be Located: Under the Talent Acquisition/Hiring Manager Portal within Sage People Portal.
When Does This Solution Apply: A Manager needs to open a new position within Keeley Company.
Description: This article will guide a manager through assessing a resume that has been moved forward past the initial application stage. This article only pertains to managers, as no other users will have the interface to complete the review.

1. If the Candidate's resume is moved forward, the manager will receive the following email with directions on how to log into their Sage People portal (WX) and review the resume.
2. To review the resume, log into WX, and select the icon on the far right side.
3. Select the "Active Applications" tab next to "Open Position Details" and in the "Candidate Resume" column, select "Resume".
4. Enter your evaluation of the candidate’s resume into strengths, weaknesses and comments. This allows you as a Hiring Manager to provide feedback to the Recruiting Team on the candidate as to why or why not you would like to interview the candidate.
5. Once complete, select the appropriate next step you would like to take from the "Manager Disposition" drop down and then select "Save".
NOTE: The Assess Hiring Manager button will appear under your actions until the Recruiting Team moves them into the next stage that is requested.
