When Does This Solution Apply: A Manager wants to conduct an interview within the Keeley Company.
Description: This article guides a hiring manager through the interview and post-interview feedback process in Sage People. This guide is to be used by hiring managers who are about to, or have recently, conducted an interview with a potential candidate.

1. Once the Recruiting Team has scheduled an interview, the hiring manager will receive an email with instructions on how to prepare for the interview as well as the date, time, and location of the interview.
2. Before the interview, you can go to the Hiring Manager Portal within WX to view the interview details and resume.a. Click on the ".ics" attached (calendar invite) to add to your calendar.

3. After the interview, go to WX and select the icon on the far right side.2. Select the + next to your open position
3. Select the Active Applications option.
4. Here you can select on the Application Number, Candidate Name, or resume to review more information.
5. Select on the "Assess Interview" button, then "Interview Worksheet" button to print out the guided questions for the interview.
4. After selecting the "Assess Hiring Manager" button, you will be able to write comments regarding to the interview and letting the Recruiting Team know how you would like to move forward.
5. This allows you and the Interview Team to review the comments/score so that the Recruiting Team knows how to proceed forward. Select "Complete"a. Selecting the drop down options will show the interview questions, the ability to score each question and provide comments.
NOTE: Even if the candidate is rejected, these notes will stay with their record and can be referenced in the future.
