Where Will This Solution Be Located: Under the Talent Acquisition/Hiring Manager Portal within Sage People Portal.


When Does This Solution Apply: A Manager setting up new hire requirements form.


Description: This article guides a hiring manager through the completion of the equipment form for a candidate who has had an offer extended to them.  This guide only pertains to hiring managers, as no other users will have the appropriate interface to complete the task.

1. As the Hiring Manager, you will receive an email instructing you to go to WX so you can complete the Equipment Form for the candidate you are extending an offer to. 



2. In WX, click on the bell on the top right. 



3. Then select on the "Assess Hiring Manager" button where the details show "Equipment/Reference Request".



4. Complete the required fields, red line to the left of the field indicates what is required, and identify and additional items that the candidate should receive.


5. For the Manager Disposition Stage, select "Equipment Form Completed. Move to Offer Stage" option and select "Save"

NOTE: The Assess Hiring Manager will still appear in this section until the recruiter moves the candidate to the next stage.
