1. Copy/paste this link into your browser: https://apps.keeleycompanies.com/signaturecreator/EmailSignatureGeneratorFiles/

2. You will be prompted to give your account information to continue. Enter your full email address (i.e. [email protected]) and your company password. Click OK.



3. Under “Single Entry From Active Directory” type in your first initial and last name as one word (i.e. asherwin). Then click “Download Signatures.”

4. Save the file to your desktop.

5. Open Outlook. Go to File>Preferences

6. Click on “Signatures”

7. Open the downloaded signatures zip file. Double click on “YourNameNew.htm”

8. A web browser with your new signature should pop up. Select the entire signature, then type command + C.

9. Go back to your Outlook app. 

A. Click the + to create a new signature. Rename it “YourNameNew" 


B. Place your cursor in the box on the right, delete any content already in the box, then type command + V to paste the 

signature into the box.


C. Click the small clipboard icon at the bottom corner of the signature, and select “Keep Source Formatting”

10. Repeats 7 to 9 for “YourNameReply.htm”

11. Once your signatures are created, at the bottom of the signature window, select your new signature in the drop-down menu next to “New Message.” Select the new reply signature in the drop-down menu next to “Replies/Forwards”

12. Close preferences, create a new email, and you should see your new signature.


Once complete please email the help desk so they can verify the signature and mark your signature update as complete.
