All Keeley Companies technology related local administrative privilege requests.


1. Get business justification for the Local Admin Rights and add that as a note on the ticket

2. Get attached PDF signed and attach that to the ticket

3. Assign ticket to Service Desk Manager

4. Service Desk Manager will raise request with IT Director or CIO to ensure it is authorized.

5. If it is ok to give user Local Admin Rights, the Service Desk Manager will assign it back to the analyst to proceed with giving them Local Admin Rights
