When Does This Solution Apply: When a team member has negotiated time off that differs from the departmental policy default

 

Description: This article guides HR/Payroll on where to enter the Override for an Absence Award Policy


From within the Team Member record click on the Current Employment link:



Once on the Employment record scroll down until you see the System Overrides section. Here you will see the Absence Award Pattern field:



Double click in the box to enter the new policy or you can enter a portion and do a search:





With the Absence Award Pattern in place, click Save
