Confirming Actions in Sage People

When Does This Solution Apply: Any time a Sage People user needs assistance with confirming actions.

Description: If you are getting constant emails on confirming actions in Sage People, confused on what actions you need to confirm or don't even know where to look, then follow this guide on where your actions exactly are and how you can confirm them. 


1) Log into Sage People and click on the notification bell on the top right corner next to your User Details. 


- This bell takes you to your "Actions" screen. From here, you can see what items need confirming, what tab they're located in and the actual title (DETAILS) of the tile that this information is located in. You have two methods of confirming actions. 


1) The first method of confirming is actually accessible form this actions screen. However, you won't be able to see see what you're actually confirming. 



2) The 2nd method is more appropriate. Just navigate to the relevant tab and find it's appropriate tile. When you access the correct tab, you will see a "1" on the tile that you can click on. Clicking on "View Details" below the tile does the exact same thing. 


- After entering into the tile, you can access the information and then "Confirm" it after reading on the top right hand side of the tab page. 




If you accidentally confirm an announcement/tile, reach out to the Sage People help desk (sagepeoplehelpdesk@keeleycompanies.com) and let us know the details of the request (what tab, tile, when it was confirmed). We can re-display the tile for you to re-confirm again.
