When Does This Solution Apply: When Attempting To Tag Another Team Member As A Collaborator On One of Your Action Plans

 

Description: This article guides a Team Member through the process of tagging Collaborators on their existing Action Plans

  1. Navigate to the "My Action Action Plans" tab

  2. Select the "Edit" button next to the Action Plan you want to tag Collaborators on

  3. Locate the "Collaborators" field and place your cursor in the field next to the label

  4. Start to type the name of the Team Member you would like to add as a Collaborator to your Action Plan and then select the correct Team Member (Please note: tagging a Team Member as a Collaborator does not make them responsible for the Action Plan, it is a way to keep anyone who you'll need to work with or has prompted you Action Plan in the know)

  5. Once you have added all Team Members you would like to Collaborate with, select the "Save" button to save your changes

  6. When Team Members log into the Action Planning Application as themselves they will see the Action Plans that they are tagged in under the "My Active Action Plans" tab.
