When an update is needed on ew-rds01 for Aatrix / Sage, the regular local admin user credentials (found on all laptops) can be used.
Have user bring up the Update Screen
Hit Download Updates
Hit the blue link that takes you to the aatrix website
Hit Download Now
Hit Run (At the bottom of Internet Explorer)
Next > Next > Next > Next > Allow Programs to Close > Next > Finish
Have them then close and re-open Sage 300 and try to access Aatrix again. It should not prompt for an update.
