Description: This article provides guidance on how to adjust the IT Help Center Form. Please note you will need to have InfoPath downloaded (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48734)
1. Open Internet Explorer: SharePoint works best with IE (not to be confused with Edge) and the infoPath feature is not available in some browsers
2. Navigate to the sharepoint sites (listed above)
3. Select the gear at the top right and then select Site Contents
4. Find and select the IT Help Center SharePoint list
5. On the left, navigate to the bottom and select the Return to classic SharePoint option
6. Select the List option from the top navigation and then select Customize in InfoPath
7. The Create A Ticket - IT Ticketing System, Windows Remote Support and Mac Remote Support buttons are just hyperlinks. To Edit highlight the text of the button and then right click and select Hyperlink
8. Type in the address you want the button to point to
9. If you do not immediately see the IT Help Center Form, when opening InfoPath select the Page Design option from the top navigation and then select the View drop down and select the Edit item (default) option
10. The Email An Issue/Request button directs the Team Member to the second view Submission Form. To see that, you can do the following
a. Click on the button
b. Select the Properties option from the top navigation
c. Select the Manage Rules button
11. To view the Submission form select the Page Design option from the top navigation and then select the View drop down and select the Submission Form
12. The Cancel button returns back to the IT Help Center form
13. The Submit button uses an email connection to send the contents of the form to the specified recipient and the switch back to the IT Help Desk form
13. To see what the Email is that the form is pointing to, select the Data tab from the main navigation and then select Data Connections
14. Select the Email Submit option and then select Modify
15. This will show you where the email goes to and you can modify here

16. Once your all done making your changes, select the Quick Publish option and your good to go
