Printing Options in PDF Xchange Editor

You have several different print options in PDF-Xchange Editor. You can, for example, print four normal MS Word A4 sites into ONE A4 PDF-Site. You also can print brochures or books.

See how it goes...

  • Print a document in PDF Xchange Editor by choosing the command "File / Print"
  • In the "Print" Windows click "Properties"

  • Click "Paper" and choose "Layout", option "Multiple Pages Per Sheet"

  • Next choose "Multiple Pages Per Sheet" and define how many normal A4 pages you like to have on one A4 site in your PDF document.

  • Click "OK" to convert you PDF document


 

 

How to print a Brochure

  • If you would like to convert your PDF as brochure choose "Booklet" and then the option "Brochure"
  • Click "OK" to convert your PDF document
