When does this solution apply. When a Team Member Needs to Add a Dependent for Benefit Coverage
Description:
This is for Team Members who have newly elected benefits but have not added a
dependent. Please re-direct any of these related
issues to the Sage People team - sagepeoplehelpdesk@keeleycompanies.com
1. Open a browser and go to fs.cloudforce.com
2. Enter your Sage People User Name and Password (including the .hr). (If you don't know your username or password, please contact sagepeoplehelpdesk@keeleycompanies.com.)
3. Select the menu at the upper-left hand corner of the screen
4. Select Benefits
5. On the Benefits page, select the arrow on the Dependents tile
6. Enter in the First Name, Last Name, Smoker, Social Security, Date of Birth, Gender, Relation on the form on the next page
Note: the bottom part only needs to be completed if the dependents address is different from the Team Member
7. Select Save
