Where will this solution be located: Team Member record in Sage People


When does this solution apply: Whenever HR needs to send a form to a current or onboarding Team Member


Description: This document will walk you through in sending an HCM form to a Team Member, as well as being able to track the progress of said form. 


1) Head to the Team Member record -> Send Form button.


2) In the drop-down, select the form you're looking to send. 

NOTE: All forms with (NEW) in the suffix are setup to auto-send. Only resend if your Team Member, for whatever reason, did not originally receive the form.


3) To access HCM forms for a Team Member, you can do so from a related list on their Team Member record or their Employment Record. Below is where you can access the forms from the Team Member record. It is an identical process for accessing the forms from the Employment record.

Click on "Go to list" to see all of their forms and status of each. If the form is being completed from an email, you can click on the link in the "Request URL" column to view their unique, specific form. 


If you click on a link for a form that is to be completed from Sage, you will get this error page. This is expected and not an error



4) Team Members may notify you about an authorization error in the onboarding form. This can happen because -> a required field with a "-Please Select-" in the drop-down is not changed. This needs to be answered accordingly by the Team Member. The forms are designed to pull in the a specific value for that question and "-Please Select-" won't work. 

 

For the example below, the previous employee question is feeding into a field with picklist values "Yes" or "No" only.
