When Does This Solution Apply: When launching a new benefit set to multiple Team Members
Description: This article guides a benefits adminstrator through the process of bulk deploying a new benefit set to multiple Team Members
Please Note: If you receive the below error and are updating 100 or less records spot check to ensure that the records updated, this error message appears unwarranted at times. You can't update more than 100 records at one time without it acutally erroring out and not completing the updates.

Select the Team Member tab
Select the view you wish to use to deploy the benefit set and then select Go
There is a 5 step process to deploying a new benefit set when a previous benefit set was deployed to the Team Member
Update the TM's Employment Record's Benefit Set field to blank
Update the TM's Employment Record's Benefit Enrollment Effective Date field to the new benefit set's effective date
Select the check box next to the TM's you wish to deply the new benefit set to or select the checkbox at the top to select the entire viewable list
Then select the Mass Update button
Review the selected Team Members then select the Update Employment Records button
Select the Benefit Set field and then select Next
Leave the field on the next blank and then select Next
Review the prompt to ensure it matches you expectations and then select Update
Re-select the check box next to the TM's you wish to deply the new benefit set to or select the checkbox at the top to select the entire viewable list
Then select the Mass Update button
Review the selected Team Members then select the Update Employment Records button
Select the Benefit Enrollment Effective Date and then select Next
Enter in the date the benefits will go into effect into the Benefit Enrollment Effective Date field and then select Next
Review the information on the next page to ensure it is as expected and then select Update
Update the TM's Employment Record's Benefit Enrollment Closed Date To The New Benefit Set's Closed Date
Re-select the check box next to the TM's you wish to deply the new benefit set to or select the checkbox at the top to select the entire viewable list
Then select the Mass Update button
Review the selected Team Members then select the Update Employment Records button
Select the Benefit Enrollment Close Date and then select Next
Enter in the date the TM must complete benefits by. Once this date passes the TM will no longer be allowed to enroll. Then select Next.
Review the information on the next page to ensure it is as expected and then select Update
Update the TM's Employment Record's Benefit Enrollment Signed Date field to blank
Re-select the check box next to the TM's you wish to deply the new benefit set to or select the checkbox at the top to select the entire viewable list
Then select the Mass Update button
Review the selected Team Members then select the Update Employment Records button
Select the Benefit Enrollment Signed Date and then select Next
Leave the date blank and then select Next.
Review the information on the next page to ensure it is as expected and then select Update
Re-select the check box next to the TM's you wish to deply the new benefit set to or select the checkbox at the top to select the entire viewable list
Then select the Mass Update button
Review the selected Team Members then select the Update Employment Records button
Select the Benefit Set and then select Next
Select the new Benefit Set deploying then select Next
Review the information on the next page to ensure it is as expected and then select Update
