Open AD
Right click lkeeley.com > Find
Type in first or last name, it is best to use loose terms to search for people, as last names can get changed and first names can sometimes be their nickname
Once you have typed in their name, hit Find Now
In the search results, double click their name to open Properties
Hit the Organization Tab
In the Job Title Field, copy into that field exactly what their Job Title is in the ticket
Hit Apply and OK
Determine if this is a Team Member with a signature (i.e. do they have a laptop or what)
Assign to Service Technician, Level 1 to reach out to the Team Member to update the signature
