How to Set Additional Email Address as Default in Outlook
1. 1. Click on File in the upper left of your Outlook window
2. 2. Click Account Settings in the right section of the next screen
3. 3. Click Account Settings… in the drop-down menu
4. 4. Make sure you’re on the Email tab
5. 5. Select the email address you would like to be your default and click Set as Default
6. 6. The default email address is marked with a check mark and moved to the top
How to Remove an Email Address from Outlook
1. 1. From the Email tab, select the address to be removed
2. 2. Click Remove
3. 3. Click Close
Note: You cannot remove an email address that is set as the default.
