New Hire benefit emails |
TM: TM will receive 4 or 5 emails (depending on company) before their 30th or 90th day of employment regarding enrolling in benefits if they haven’t already. TM for Mercury and Inspired will also receive separate 401k emails regarding their deadline to enroll (60th for Inspired and 1st month after 1 year for Mercury). HR: HR will receive emails for TM milestones as well if they haven’t elected in benefits; Emails will ask HR to reach out to TM and remind them about enrolling. HR will receive emails when TM submits their benefit elections to HR. Payroll: Payroll will also receive emails when TM submits their benefit elections to HR. |

Update Both the TM & Spouse Smoker Field (Confirm in meeting on changing the field name to “Tobacco Use”) in TM record. New Hires are not required to answer the employee & spouse tobacco use questions on the onboarding form. Ex: |
