Description: This article guides a team member through the process of troubleshooting if they are unable to View Payslips in Sage People
After accessing the directions for Viewing your Payslips in Sage People, you are unable to access your payslips on the payslips tab and are receiving one of 2 error messages:

Follow these steps to try troubleshooting the error yourself:
1. If you are using a browser other than Google Chrome, please try accessing Sage People via the Chrome browser
2. If you are using Google Chrome, please try refreshing the screen using the refresh button
3. Log out of Sage People
4. After logging out, you will be returned to the Salesforce home page,5. a) FOR COMPANY EMAILS ONLY: Navigate to lkeeley.sharepoint.com and select Sage People
b) FOR NON-COMPANY LOGINS: Click login in the upper-right hand corner
c) Enter in your Username and Password to login again
6) Try accessing your Payslips again through Sage People
