1.Log in to Salesforce


2. From the Home Page, select the Question Mark in the upper-right corner


3..Open up the Help & Training page, at the bottom of the page, click Get Support.

4. Select Create a Case

5. Select a Topic, then select "Next"

6. Select a Category, then select "Next" 


7 .Enter your specific issue, then select "Next"

8. Review the list of Knowledge Base articles to see if there is a solution


9. Select "Create a Case" from the list of Support Options
