How to Set Up a New Contact for F2F Tracking

When Does This Solution Apply: For agents who need to add a new user for F2F

 

Description: This is for agents who need to set up team members who are interested in F2F tracking. This will walk you through how to add a new user.


1. Search for Contact by typing the user into the Global Search

2a. If not found, create new contact

Select the Contacts tab

2c. Select the New button

2d. Enter required information for a New Contact

2e. Select Save

3. On the contact record, check F2F Tracking

4. Select Save

 

5. Select the App Launcher and View All

6. Find and click the F2F Goal Setting link

7. Select New

8. Enter as much information as known.
Note: The Goal ID naming convention is Team Member - Year - Year Unknown

9. To confirm that you have added the Contact, login as the User

10. Select the + to Launch Global Actions

11. Select F2F

 

11. Enter the contact name you just created in the "Who are you? (For F2F Tracking)"

 If the contact appears, you have successfully added the Team Member to F2F tracking.
