When adding a new Team Member in Active Directory a Keeley U account will also be created. 


On occasion, Team Members may have create the account themselves. 

Follow this to directions to create:

Go to https://www.keeleyu.com/

Select the Acess the KeeleyU LMS Here

Team Member needs to enter their Keeley email

Team Member needs to enter Keeley password

Team Member will be logged in to the LMS


Error #1

A Team Member receives the following message but is not able to log in:

An LMS Admin is unable to find the email address in the Keeley U.


Follow these steps:

On the Administrator home page

Select the Extended Timeline button

Select Ctrl-F to search for the missing Team Member. 
You may have to select the down button to show more results


Select the permanently deleted button

Return to the https://www.keeleyu.com/ page, and follow the steps above.

Error #2

Keeley U works in Google Chrome. Please ask TMs to access via Chrome.


Error #3

Team Member can not sign in via Single Sign-On. Please double check that the AD account has been set-up correctly.
