When Does This Solution Apply: When new users are attempting to create new Action Plans
Description: This article guides a Team Member through the process of creating a new Action Plan once they start contributing to the i404 system

1. Open Browser and navigate to https://stp.keeleycompanies.com/
2. Select "New Item" button
3. Select a Company from the dropdown
4. Select a Business Unit from the dropdown
- Note: the Business Units displayed are dependent on the Company selected
5. Select a Quadrant from the dropdown
- Note: the Quadrants displayed are dependent on the Business Unit selected
- Note: Quadrants Project, Growth and Tenant should only be used by KDG as they are the only ones who have goals tied to these quadrants on their scorecards
6. Select a Goal from the dropdown
- Note: the Goals displayed are dependent on the Quadrant selected

7. In the "Action" field describe the Action Plan that will be completed
8. If you are creating an Action Plan for another user, please select the user in the "Created For" dropdown. Otherwise, verify your name is in the dropdown
9. If there are users who are working with you on the Action Plan, please select their names in the "Collaborators" field. Otherwise, leave blank
10. Input a Commitment Date that the Action Plan will be completed by.
11. If the commitment date is past, please input a date in the Revised Date Field
12. Enter any comments on the status of the Action Plan in the "Status" field.
13. Select a "Progress Status" of either In Progress or Completed
- Note: if completed, please input a completion date
14. If your Action Plan has a Quadrant of customer, please select a Customer from the dropdown
15. Once all required fields have been completed, select "Save" or "Save and Create New" to continue creating future Action Plans
