When Team Members are termed, they should be automatically removed from the Action Planning site. If a ticket is submitted stating that they have not be removed, follow these directions to manually remove them:
Open itmanagement (RDS)
Hit Start > Power Shell (run as admin)
Type changed then hit TAB
This is what it should do:
Hit Enter
Type RemoveUsersActionPlans then hit TAB then hit the Space bar
This is what it should do:
Open AD
Right click lkeeley.com > Find
Type in first or last name
Once you have typed in their name, hit Find Now
In the search results, double click their name to open Properties
Copy their email (ensure this is the same as the logon)
Go back to Power Shell and right click (this should paste what you copied)
