Purpose: The purpose of this document is to provide a workaround for ZD projects not syncing with Open Air.  The steps below provide instructions on how you can manually sync projects to Open Air.

Who is this for: Service Desk team members

1. Login to Salesforce production Environment- https://login.salesforce.com/

2. Once logged in, ensure the top right hand corner reads the following-


3. Look for the tab 'Reports' on the screen. if you don't see it click on the '+' sign on the right and look for 'Reports'




4. Click on reports and the following screen should open



5. If you don't see the above screen, search for the report - 'ZD Projects Needing To Sync To OA' in the search bar-



6. Click on 'ZD Projects Needing To Sync To OA'

7. It should open the below screen



8. If the Grand Totals record count is more than 0, click on the 'Opportunity Name' for each and open in a new tab. 

Example- Once you click the opportunity name, it should open a page similar to -



9. Scroll to the section that reads 'OpenAir'. If the two boxes that are highlighted are 'Checked', uncheck both of them and click Save. Close the tab.


10. Do this for each of the records on the report.

11. Once completed, go back to the report and hit refresh. Once refreshed, the count should be 0. 

Note- Give about 5-10mins for all records to clear.
