Safety One Stop / Safety App (Document for Safety Admin)
Purpose: The purpose of this document is to guide you with instructions to edit a Completed Form on the Safety App.
About Safety One Stop: This website is created for keeleyn’s to easily access forms like – Good Catch, Safety Assessment, COVID- 19 Awareness Assessment and Coaching Session Form.
Who is this for: The Safety Admin
Accessing Safety one Stop website:
Open your browser and copy this link - https://safetyonestop.keeleycompanies.com
- Once opened, you will view the below page.
- From here you will be able to navigate to any of the forms mentioned above and view all completed and in progress forms.
- The options on the left help you navigate to the forms you submitted (My inspections) and forms you have in progress.
- The home page of the website gives you an overview of all the forms you have completed, forms that you have in progress, the average score of submitted forms and the number of inspections that need improvement.
To view all the completed forms by team members, look for the Safety Admin tab on the left navigation pane and click on the drop down arrow.
- You should see 2 options- "All Completed" and "All In Progress"
- Click on "All Completed"
- You should then see the list of completed forms
- You could add a date filter if you want to view completed forms from a specific month
- Enter the start and end dates and then click the refresh icon
- Note- The date filter defaults to 1/1/2021 to 12/31/2021
- You could also search for forms submitted by a specific team member by entering their name in the search bar and clicking the search icon
- This will filter the list to show all forms completed by that team member
- To edit a form, click on the pencil icon located below the form
- On doing so, you will be asked to confirm if you would like to edit the submitted form.
- Click Confirm
- Once you hit confirm, the form should open up and let you edit the answers
- After you have made the edits, click the arrow on the right to go to the next page to submit the edited form
- Click Submit Edit
- Note- the changes you made will not be saved unless you click "Submit Edit"
- Click Confirm
- The submitted form would now be updated with the edits you made
- The system will log the change you made in order to keep a reference of the change on file
