Safety One Stop / Safety App (Document for Safety Admin)

Purpose: The purpose of this document is to guide you with instructions to create a new template/ form on the Safety App.

About Safety One Stop: This website is created for keeleyn’s to easily access forms like – Good Catch, Safety Assessment, COVID- 19 Awareness Assessment and Coaching Session Form.

Who is this for: The Safety Admin

Accessing Safety one Stop website:

Open your browser and copy this link - https://safetyonestop.keeleycompanies.com

  • Once opened, you will view the below page
  • From here you will be able to navigate to any of the forms mentioned above, view all completed and in progress forms
  • You will also have the ability to create new templates/ forms
  • The options on the left help you navigate to the Safety Admin section where you can create new forms and even edit existing forms



  • Look for the menu item "Admin" /  "Safety Admin" on the left navigation pane
  • Click on the down facing arrow next to that

  • You should see an option "Create Template"
  • Click on that


  • You should then see the below screen


  • If you want to add a new template, add in the template name, example - "Work From Home Questionnaire Test"
  • You will need to also add in the Template Type Code, example - "WH"
  • The code can be just two letters
  • Click the +1 icon
  • If you don't click on that, the template will not be added


  • You will then receive a pop up message confirming the template type has been added


  • You can then move on to creating a new template
  • Add the Template name. You can name it as you like
  • For the template type, click on the drop down


  • From the drop down, look for the template type you created above, i.e- "Work From Home Questionnaire Test" 
  • Select it and then click the arrow below it




  • That should take you to the below page
  • Here you can begin creating the form and adding questions
  • You could either begin adding questions or come back to it later
  • Ensure you click the save button to come back to it


You also have the option of selecting a workflow for the template/ form you are creating




There are 2 types of workflows you can choose from:



1. Standard Workflow

- Selecting this type follows the usual flow for a form where once the user has filled in all the details, they can see the "Submit" button at the end of the form

-This flow allows the user to directly submit the form




2. Review Workflow

- Selecting this type of workflow will allow the user to submit the form for review to the safety team

-The user will not find this form under their inspections tab

-On submit for review this form would show under the Safety Admin tab- "All in Review"
