    • No. If you navigate away from the portal you will lose all of your data and have to start from the beginning 
  2. What to do if I don’t want to do direct deposit? 
    • Enter in zeros for the routing and account information and dummy date for the bank name and account name
  3. What to do if I need a state W4 that isn’t listed? 
    • Contact your payroll or HR department to obtain a physical copy and submit manually after completion
  4. What to do if I receive a message at the end of the process that I don’t have access? 
    • Contact helpdesk@keeleycompanies.com, your tax information was saved successfully and they will ensure that general information and policy acknowledgements get submitted. 
  5. What happens if I the portal keeps spinning after I enter in my general information? 
    • Refresh the page and attempt to enter your information again.
