Purpose: The purpose of this document is to give instructions to the Keeley Field Technicians on how to download the Field Service app.
About Field Service (FSL): Field Service Lightning (FSL) is Salesforce’s field service solution. It is an onsite job management platform with real-time collaboration capabilities. FSL allows Keeley Construction to automatically manage Field Technicians by streamlining both the customer and employee experiences.

To use Field Service in Salesforce Field Technicians will need to download the app below:

Navigate to the iOS App Store or click the links below:

When the app is downloaded, tap it to launch it. Upon launching it for the first time, you’ll receive several device permission requests. Approve all requests to let the app:
- Send you notifications
- Access your basic information
- Access your location, which is used in the app’s mapping functionality and geolocation tracking for scheduling
- Access your camera
You can change the device permissions that your device gives the Field Service app at any time. To do so, navigate to your device’s settings, then tap the Field Service app.
