Purpose: The purpose of this document is to instruct the Field Technicians how to change or update the status of a Service Appointment in the FSL mobile app.

Who is this for: LKC Field Technicians
When on the Service Appointment:
1.Swipe up on the Actions tab at the bottom of your screen. Keep swiping up and click on Change Status
2. Your first status change on the Service Appointment will change the status from New to Travel. On this page click Next and then Finish.
