Purpose: The purpose of this document is to provide a full overview instructions for the Field Technicians fully complete a Service Appointment within the FSL mobile app.
About Field Service (FSL): Field Service Lightning (FSL) is Salesforce’s field service solution. It is an onsite job management platform with real-time collaboration capabilities. FSL allows L. Keeley to automatically manage Field Technicians by streamlining both the customer and employee experiences.

Here is an overview of how the full Service Appointment process works in the FSL mobile app.
1. Open the FSL App:

- Here are instructions on how to login to the Salesforce - Field Service app.
2. Select your Service Appointment
- Here is an overview of how to navigate through the Field Service app.
- View the details of your appointment
3. Get directions to your Service Appointment
- Here are instructions on how to get directions using the Field Service app.
4. Update the status of your Service Appointment to "Travel"
- Here are instructions on how to change the status of your Service Appointment
- Once you change the status of the Service Appointment to Travel your time sheet has started tracking
5. Once you arrive at the Service Appointment update the status to "In Progress"

6. Take Before Pictures
- Here are instructions for how to take and upload photos within Salesforce using the Field Service and SharinPix mobile apps
7. Begin working on the Service Appointment
8. Take During Pictures
- Here are instructions for how to take and upload photos within Salesforce using the Field Service and SharinPix mobile apps
9. Once you have completed the work for the Service Appointment change the status to "Completed"

10. Take After Pictures

11. Complete and Create a Service Report
