Accessing the Salesforce Importer Portal:

  • To access salesforce importer portal, click on this link: https://salesforceimporter.keeleycompanies.com/
  • If you are unable to access the link, reach out to helpdesk asking for permission to access it.
  • Once you access the link, you should see the below screen.
  • Click on the button on the top left to open the menu items

  • Once you open the menu items, look for "Verizon COPS"
  • Click on the arrow to open the sub-menu items

  • If you wish to manually run the records for a particular market or all markets, click on Run Import
  • Click on the drop down to select a market or click the run now button for all markets

  • Click ok

  • You should then see the below screen.
  • Click on the results button

  • You will then see the job that you ran manually
  • Click on the cloud icon below output files to download the records file
  • Click anywhere in that panel to view the details of the integration

  • You can then see the number of successful and failed records
  • The integration pulls in Work order and segments

  • If you clicked the cloud icon to download the file, on opening the folder, you should see files that might look similar to the ones below
  • To review the files you can open the excel document

  • You also have a file with failed records.
  • These records failed because they bounce up against salesforce and get thrown back because they might not have a link to the object or some required information may be missing.
  • Example- the segment may have a missing FQNID or EWO or the unique identifier or external id may be duplicated
  • These errors would need to be corrected in the database by engineers for the records to be pulled into salesforce

  • If you wish to view the jobs that have been run previously, navigate to View Results directly from the sub menu item
