Purpose: The purpose of this document is to provide a workaround for ZD projects not syncing with Open Air.  The solution below could be a possible workaround.

Who is this for: Service Desk team members


When you receive a ticket about projects not syncing with Open Air:

1. Try solution option 1 to push it manually or

2. Ask the team member to enter their OpenAir Project Owner number (if they have one) on the opportunity 

 


Note- This is a possible workaround suggested by another team member who manages the Open Air platform.
