The following are the current AD Groups for SOS that control functionality and access:
- SOS Admin Users: Add Team Members to this group if they need to receive the ability to create, edit, manage, publish and unpublish forms for the entire site. This permission should be approved by the appropriate Safety leader as this access allows a Team Member to disrupt the site.
- SOS Safety-Team Users (Role Assigned: Safety-Team): Add Team Members to this group if they need the ability to have advanced permissions such as approving forms that have workflows (i.e. Event Report), make edits to other Team Members forms after they are submitted, view all submitted forms and push back forms for edit. This permission should be approved by the appropriate Safety leader.
- SOs Safety-Team Users (Review-Finalizer): Add Team Memebers to this group if they need the ability to finalize forms that are in the review workflow (i.e. Event Report). The permissions allows the Team Member to do the final step of finalizing the form from edit after the previous safety team member has approved. This permission should be approved by the appropriate Safety leader.
- ServiceDesk: Add Team Members to this group if they need the ability to help troubleshoot the site as an IT Team member
- SOS Feature Preview Users: Add Team Members to this group who are responsible for QA and confirmation of new feature releases in to production. Only IT Team Members should be added to this group.
