What is the link for the site to manually run the sync?

Why can't I access the site to manually sync my job?

You need to be added to the AD group for admins, approval is needed by the Director of Project Controls prior to gaining access. Please cc them on a ticket to helpdesk@keeleycompanies.com to request access.


The https://ineight.keeleycompanies.com/ site just shows a spinning blue circle.

Please refresh your browser and try again, this usually happens upon initial entry to the site as it gathers the projects from InEight


I don't see my project listed on the site to sync

Please refresh your browser, sometimes there is a delay from when you create the project in InEight and when it appears in the portal to sync.


What time and frequency does the sync run?

For Budgets: As of 1/19/2022 the sync is manual


I am not seeing my budget numbers populating in InEight.

Please check to ensure the synce was successful, the following steps provide an outline to help you determine this

  • Go to the project you synced by going to the hamburger at the top left, and selecting "All projects & organizations" then selecting the name of your project

  • Select the "Workspace" option under "Controls" from the left navigation

  • Use the right facing arrow across the top menu to navigate to the Audit Log

  • Select import history from the left navigation

  • If you do not see any history, please double check you project ID and external project ID on the your InEight project, this must match the job number in Sage 300 CRE 
  • Look for the CostItem to indicate complete


    • In the event that your sync fails there will be a down facing arrow next to your status that will give you a download of the failure, for budgets the most common issue is that you have not set up the accounting code(s) in the master dictionary. To correct complete the set up and re-run



My updated budget information is gone

Please check the Audit Log using the "I am not seeing my budget numbers populating in InEight." steps above. When a new sync is run the budget information currently gets overwritten, please ensure that you are only syncing upon initial creation of the project
