1. Navigate to the i404 Home Page:  i404

2. This will take you to your own Home page

3. Select the "New AP" option 


 


4. Fill in the following categories on the new AP:

  • Company
  • Business Unit
  • Action
  • Commitment Date
  • Collaborators
  • Tags
