About Safety One Stop: This website is created for keeleyn’s to easily access forms like – Good Catch, Safety Assessment, COVID- 19 Awareness Assessment and Coaching Session Form. 

Who is this for: All team members

Accessing Safety one Stop website:

Open your browser and copy this link - https://safetyonestop.keeleycompanies.com

• Once opened, you will view the below page.
• From here you will be able to navigate to any of the forms mentioned above.
• The options on the left help you navigate to the forms submitted (My inspections) and forms in progress.
• The home page of the website gives you an overview of all the forms you have completed, forms that you have in progress, the average score of submitted forms and the number of inspections that need improvement.

1. Go to Safety One Stop

2. Click on Admin

3. Click on Published Templates

4. Click on Next page

5. Click on File Copy

6. Type "Safety Assessment"

7. Click on OK

8. Click the "Add question" icon

9. Click on Information

10. Click on Question the question you added. It's at the bottom.

11. Type in highlight

12. Select the gear icon.

13. Click on Publish

14. Click on Confirm

15. Click on Forms

16. Click on list box

17. Click on Project Name/Location *

18. Click on Ladders

19. Check Ladders

21. Click on SUBMIT FOR REVIEW

22. Click on Safety Admin

23. Click on All In Review

24. Click on icon

25. Click on LOG REVIEW

26. Click on Finalize

27. Click on Confirm
