About Safety One Stop: This website is created for Keeleyn’s to easily access forms like – Good Catch, Safety Assessment, COVID- 19 Awareness Assessment and Coaching Session Form.

Accessing Safety one Stop website:

Open your browser and copy this link - https://safetyonestop.keeleycompanies.com

• Once opened, you will view the below page.
• From here you will be able to navigate to any of the forms mentioned above.
• The options on the left help you navigate to the forms submitted (My inspections) and forms in progress.
• The home page of the website gives you an overview of all the forms you have completed, forms that you have in progress, the average score of submitted forms and the number of inspections that need improvement.

1. Go to Safety One Stop

2. Drag highlighted link

3. Click on Published Templates

4. Click on OK

5. Click on save

6. Click on settings

7. Click on Publish

8. Click on Confirm

9. Click on Forms

10. Click on Group *

11. Click on IT

12. Click on navigate next

13. Click on whichever user you want to use

14. Click on SUBMIT FOR REVIEW

15. Click on All In Review

16. Click on icon selected

17. Click on email

18. Click on Confirm
