• Purpose: The purpose of this document is to guide you through instructions on how to transfer Actuals information from Sage300CRE to InEight

About InEight Integration: This website was created to provide an easy to use interface where you can manually control syncing of data from Sage300 CRE into the InEight product

Who is this for: Team Members with Admin role

    • Add project to InEight, the project ID and project external ID need to be the job number in Timberline. This controls the integration
    • UI for production: https://ineight.keeleycompanies.com/
      • Please note, this can only be accessed by those who have been added to the InEight AD group which right now is only Seth Knight
      • If you see a spinner for more than a few minutes, refresh the site
      • PLEASE READ: Running the transfer project will override the current estimates in the system, if you are just needed to add a WBS phase code please add manually via the InEight interface
      • Note: Budgets have to be run before you can run Actuals or Commitments
      • Once on the site, use the search option to find your Project in InEight - this website will automatically update with the projects from InEight. If you do not see your project, please refresh
    • Select the Run Actuals option (click only once, it will take a minute to run) and you will be prompted to select a posting date and then click import actuals
    • You will receive the following notification once the import has started, select okay

  • Select the "Workspace" option under "Controls" from the left navigation
