Purpose: The purpose of this document is to guide you through instructions on how to transfer commitments information from Sage300CRE to InEight
About InEight Integration: This website was created to provide an easy to use interface where you can manually control syncing of data from Sage300 CRE into the InEight product
Who is this for: Team Members with Admin role
- Add project to InEight, the project ID and project external ID need to be the job number in Timberline. This controls the integration

- Please note, this can only be accessed by those who have been added to the InEight AD group which right now is only Seth Knight
- If you see a spinner for more than a few minutes, refresh the site
- PLEASE READ: Running the transfer project will override the current estimates in the system, if you are just needed to add a WBS phase code please add manually via the InEight interface
- Note: Budgets have to be run before you can run Actuals or Commitments
- Once on the site, use the search option to find your Project in InEight - this website will automatically update with the projects from InEight. If you do not see your project, please refresh
- Select the Import Commitments option (click only once, it will take a minute to run)

- You will receive the following notification once the import has started, select okay
- https://keeley.hds.ineight.com/AppCore/ProjectOrganization#/Project - Log into InEight
- Go to the project you synced by going to the hamburger at the top left, and selecting "All projects & organizations" then selecting the name of your project
- Select the "Workspace" option under "Controls" from the left navigation
Use the right facing arrow across the top menu to navigate to the Audit Log
- Select import history from the left navigation
- Verify Commitments show a status of complete
- Once complete, refresh your browser and then navigate back to CBS using the main navigation
- Select your Actuals dates. Then look for your WBS Phase Code and right click and select Actuals Details
- Select the Commitments Tab - Verify your commitments total cost is correct
