Go to Solutions tab:

                Need a new Category

  • Click Add New (upper right) – Choose Category
    1. Fill out name and Save

                Need a new secured Folder

  • Click Add New (upper right) – Choose Folder
    1. Enter name
    2. Enter description
    3. Select the Category where folder will reside
    4. Type in specific group if you want to secure who the folder is managed by
    5. Enter specific group in the Visible to drop down
    6. Click Save

New a new Article

  • Click Add New (upper right) – Choose Article
    1. Enter Title
    2. Enter information for this article in the body
    3. Select Category
    4. Select Folder
    5. Update Tags if wanted (these help when running reports)
    6. Update Keywords if wanted (these help when searching for solutions)
