Go to Solutions tab:
Need a new Category
- Click Add New (upper right) – Choose Category
- Fill out name and Save
Need a new secured Folder
- Click Add New (upper right) – Choose Folder
- Enter name
- Enter description
- Select the Category where folder will reside
- Type in specific group if you want to secure who the folder is managed by
- Enter specific group in the Visible to drop down
- Click Save
New a new Article
- Click Add New (upper right) – Choose Article
- Enter Title
- Enter information for this article in the body
- Select Category
- Select Folder
- Update Tags if wanted (these help when running reports)
- Update Keywords if wanted (these help when searching for solutions)
