Purpose:  The purpose of this document is to give team members the process to update a customer in salesforce

1. Log into Salesforce

2. Click on Accounts and search for Knight Swift Transportation

3. Click on Knight Swift Transportation Holdings Inc

Click on Knight Swift Transportation Holdings Inc

4. Click on Details

Click on Details

5. Check to see if the type says "Customer"

Check to see if the type says "Customer"

6. If the type says "Customer" then it should carry over to i404. If not then change the type to "Customer"

If the type says "Customer" then it should carry over to i404. If not then change the type to "Customer"

7. If the type does say customer 

If the type does say customer

8. Review the current date on the account. If it was the current date and after 4AM CST, then respond to customer with "The current integration is set to import new and update Accounts at 3AM CST, it looks like your customer record was created after that. You should now see customer

9. Click on Details
