1. Navigate to endpoint.microsoft.com.

  2. Click on the "Groups" on the left side menu.



  3. Search for "Zscaler" in the search bar.



  4. Click on the "Zscaler Users" group.



  5. Click on the "Members" button on the left hand menu.



  6. First you want to search the members to see if the users is in the group.  If the User is in the group then stop here.  If not continue on with this walk-through. Search for your user in the "Search by Name" box.



  7. If user was not in the group click on the "Add members" button on the top menu line.



  8. Search for user in the search bar.



  9. Click on the users name and the user should appear under the selected item.  Verify name under "Selected Items" is correct and click the blue select at the bottom right of the page.



  10. After clicking select verify that user is in group by searching for the member in the "Search by name" box.







    Allow 30 minutes for the license to propagate. After the user has been moved into this group there should not be an issue with getting the client to connect to our network.
