Purpose: This solution is for Team Members who are needing to add a current or previous Salesforce CRM Campaign's members to a new Campaign. This is usually requested or needed when a Team Member is reflecting on previous invitees or using an old campaign to build a new campaigns invite list. Campaigns are used with Pardot to send out invitations to Customers and Vendors.
About Salesforce CRM: Salesforce CRM is our Customer Relationship Management System, it is used to help manage our Customer and Vendors as well as bids. Additional we use Salesforce CRM for customized processes such as F2F.
Who Is This For: Team Members with access to Salesforce CRM who need to add campaign members to new campaigns.

Note: This will show two ways of adding Campaign members to a campaign based off this first solution https://keeleycompanies.freshservice.com/a/solutions/articles/10000072590 <<< Visit this solution first.
1. Find the campaign that you want to add members to.
Note: The highlighted portion in the URL is the campaign ID this is import to change/add to your CSV File so members will be added to the correct campaign. Or you can run a report to access that ID as well. This will always be needed when adding members to campaigns.
2. Select the drop down then select Manage Campaign Members
3. Navigate through this screen and select the CSV that you either exported or that you want to upload.
4. Map your fields exactly like this. ( All of your campaign members should be already be an contact in salesforce. Which will create an ID that is why Related Record = Salesforce.com ID)
5. Then select Next and select Next again. Then your upload process will start and you will receive an email about it when it completes.
How to Copy members to an campaign from an existing campaign.
1. Run the Campaign Members Export Report: https://keeley.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/Report/00ODu000000JkysMAC/view?queryScope=userFolders
2. Select Edit to edit the report
3. Go to filters then edit the campaign name. Type in the campaign name you are transferring members from. Then select Run
4.After you have changed the filters you need for the report and have all the members you need to transfer. Select the drop down and add to campaign.
3. Find the active campaign you wan to add members to an select the members status. Then select submit and your members will begin copying to your campaign.
