Resolution:
When a Monitor’s miniPC and Yodek software is broken you will have a blank screen like this:
Instead of working screen like this one:
Steps:
- Find Mini PC option we use. Like this:
- You will need connect a keyboard/mouse/network cable and monitor/need HDMI cable.
- Be sure to plug into PORT 1 HDMI of mini-pc and PORT 1 of monitor HDMI.
- Once all hardware is plugged into the system, power on and start the windows install.
- If asked for user choose userid: keeley and no password.
- Continue through the rest of the normal windows setup (if you need assistance ask admin)
- Next, we need to setup the YODECK software and site information
YODECK PORTION OF DOCUMENTATION.
- Goto this site: https://app.yodeck.com/index.html#main/device/262857
- Use these credentials :Userid: marketingmedia@keeleycompanies.com Pass: +5MDQc6^Ki
- Once on the Splash screen Home Page: selected the Screens in the menu options like below
- The next screen shows all the Yodeck screens available to configure. For this example, we are using the Receptionist Desk. The screen shot below shows what to select.
- Download the Yodeck software from here or google it: https:/packages.dsbackend.com/u/app.windows/5.***.*.exe

- On the next screen you need to Register the device. Go back to the Yodeck device and look for the install of the Yodeck software to complete you will get a screen with a CODE like the one below.
- Then go back to the https://app.yodeck.com/index.html#main/device/262857
- You will need enter in the code on this page like below.
- Click Save
- You will be sent back to this page for verification.
- You may need to refresh the webpage to get the device to show registered. Like below:
- Next you will need to push out what the screen needs to display from this screen below:
- The next screen you should see a drop down. Select the current theme for the month or what every is needed for that screen. Like below
- Next Save
- Then you will come back to the Screens page where you will need to push the images out to the screens. So hit the push button like below
- Next Screen click yes.
- Once completed you see in the left corner a success screen.
- Next go back to your YODECK and check if the screen has changed. It might take 3 or 4 minutes to update. Once its updated. Restart the YODECK one more time.
- Then shut it down and take to screen to install.
- TEST (i.e., hook up all cables restart device and check that YODECK software displays correctly on the screen.
