Using Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
1. Log in to the Azure Portal:
- Go to portal.azure.com and log in with your administrator account.
2. Navigate to Azure Active Directory:
- In the left-hand menu, click on Azure Active Directory.
3. Access Sign-In Logs:
- Under Monitoring, click on Sign-ins.
- This will open a detailed log of all sign-in activities for your organization.
4. Filter and Analyze Sign-In Logs:
- You can filter the sign-in logs by date, user, application, and other parameters to analyze specific activities.
- The sign-in logs provide detailed information, including the user’s name, application they tried to access, sign-in status, and the IP address from which the sign-in was attempted.
5. Download and Export Data:
- For further analysis, you can download and export the sign-in logs. Click on the Download button to export the logs in a CSV or JSON format.
The process is similar for Entra:
Entra> Identity > Users > All Users Sign-in Logs
