For the Service Desk Technician

- Go Microsoft Entra ID
- Under Manage, go to Groups
- Type macro in the search bar
- Click on Macro Exception Users
- Click on Members
- Click on Add members
- Enter username or name into search bar
- Select the user's name
- Click Select at bottom
- Select Refresh to verify the user has been added to the group
For the End User
- Wait 15 min
- Open Company Portal (start menu, type Company Portal, click to open)
- Go to Settings
- Click Sync
- Once this is done, the user should be able to use Macros again (may need to close any existing files down)
