For the Service Desk Technician

  1. https://portal.azure.com
  2. Go  Microsoft Entra ID
  3. Under Manage, go to Groups
  4. Type macro in the search bar
  5. Click on Macro Exception Users
  6. Click on Members
  7. Click on Add members
  8. Enter username or name into search bar
  9. Select the user's name
  10. Click Select at bottom
  11. Select Refresh to verify the user has been added to the group




For the End User


  1. Wait 15 min
  2. Open Company Portal (start menu, type Company Portal, click to open)
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Click Sync
  5. Once this is done, the user should be able to use Macros again (may need to close any existing files down)
