When tickets come in with similar messages, anyone with administrator role in Apple Business Manager can login and accept the terms and conditions.


Once accepted, to clear the error in Intune, a new MDM token must be downloaded and uploaded into Intune.



Login to ABM:  https://business.apple.com/


Click on profile and choose Preferences


Click on Intune (the one with the most devices)

Click the Download MDM Server Token button


Now go to Intune:  https://intune.microsoft.com/?ref=AdminCenter#home


Go to Devices, iOS/iPadOS, Enrollment/ Enrollment program tokens

Click on the Intune token



Click renew token



Upload the new downloaded token.  Apple ID should alwasy be helpdesk@keeleycompaniescom.appleid.com

Click Next


Click Create


Refresh after it's loaded.


Status should go to Active
