If a user cannot navigate to the desired webpage and receives an error such as this one:
...try adding the URL to the 'Keeley SSL Bypass' exception list.
1. Sign in to Zscaler as an admin
2. Navigate to Administration > Look under 'Resources, then under 'Access Control' > Select 'URL Categories'
3. Scroll down to to the User-Defined category then locate 'Keeley SSL Bypass' and hit the pencil icon on the right side of the screen
4. Add the URL to URLs Retaining Parent Category. Then hit 'Add Items' and Save
5. The final step, is to go to the 'Activation' tab and hit 'Activate' to push the change through. Test with the user afterward.
