Purpose:

To submit to Paragon so they can provision a laptop for a new hire or replacement.


Steps:


  • To get the template email, go to the IT Tools teams channel and go to Shared files. The document is here: 



  • Once you have the template saved, double click on it and it will open a new email in Outlook. From here, you fill it out according to your request. All items pointed out in green are fields you must confirm and fill out. You can always copy yourself as well if you have taken over the ticket. When finished, hit Send.



  • Paragon's team will reply to the email stating the device is ready for us to check. 

  • So, go ahead and open Teamviewer. Go to Devices, Trusted Devices, and find the serial number. 

  • Mouse hover over it and click connect.
